The bid schedules provided below have been compiled into one set of bid documents. The Contractor must submit a bid on both the Base Bid and Additive Bid No. 1. The bids will be evaluated for the lowest responsive bidder. The Base Bid includes the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the apron pavement east of the main terminal apron. Additionally, the base bid for the project includes the north apron expansion of the existing apron to accommodate heavy aircraft entering and exiting the north apron directly from the parallel taxiway. Additional work items for the Base Bid include minor grading, minor drainage improvements, signing and lighting, pavement construction, pavement marking, grassing, and erosion control. Additive Bid No. 1 includes the pavement rehabilitation of existing terminal apron. The terminal apron rehabilitation includes a 2.25-inch mill and crack seal, followed by a 2-inch overlay The bid schedules provided below have been compiled into one set of bid documents. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, made payable to Greene County, Georgia, equal to five (5) percent of the total bid is required. Contract security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days.
