Site work and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Tooele, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The County is looking to have all potable waterlines, including valves, drains, filters, etc., inside the Administration Building removed and replaced with new. We are also looking to have six (6) restrooms within the Administration Building remodeled at the same time. This would consist of removing the existing fixtures, tile, interior walls, bathroom stalls, equipment, etc., and replacing with new. This would also include new paint as well. All restrooms shall be in compliance with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Proposed plans are attached. Questions & Site Visit Due Thursday, May 11, 2023 @ 4PM Questions must be submitted via email to Aspen Wimmer at aspen.wimmer@tooeleco.org or submitted through the State or Utah's U3P Purchasing website and are due no later than Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 4pm. All questions must be addresses through Aspen Wimmer, or the U3P Website, do not contact the director or engineer directly with questions. Offerors must schedule a site visit prior to submitting a proposal. Please contact Jason Sparks at (435)843-4001 or jason.sparks@tooeleco.org to set up a site visit. Site visits shall be scheduled between Monday, May 8, 2023, and Thursday, May 11, 2023, between the hours of 8am-4pm. Site visits will be given by Senior Maintenance Specialist Jeff Caldwell.
