Saving Project...

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Collierville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

PURPOSE: This is a bid for the removal and replacement of Arizona Cypress Trees located on the west side of HW Cox Park, just north of the Community Center located at 440 West Powell Road. Sixty-five (65) Arizona Cypress Trees will be removed and will be replaced with sixty (60) six foot (6') tall Arizona Cypress Trees. All areas are to be re-sodded with Bermuda sod. PRE-BID: No pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project. However, Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit and examine the site and to submit written questions no later than Friday, May 5, 2023 by 5:00 PM to the Procurement Manager at tocpurchasing@colliervilletn.gov. Please Note: As a part of doing business with the Town of Collierville, Tennessee, each individual, company or organization is required to obtain a Vendor Number to reference when requesting a copy of any bid. The Vendor will also be required to reference its Vendor Number on the Bid Response Form. *The Vendor Number may be obtained by accessing the Town's vendor registration site and registering online.
