Renovation of a municipal facility in Riverside, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
***As of June 23, 2023. Bid has been cancelled. The term of this project is 633 calendar days. License required to bid the project: B Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Replace and upgrade the Building Management System ; replace all existing VAV box s controllers and temperature sensors with new; replace existing boiler with three new boilers, pumps, piping, valves, expansion tank, chemical pot feeder, and controls replace chilled water pumps and hot water pump and provide new VFD drives; remove and replace one 150-ton chiller and associated components. Additional work includes select demolition, metal fabrications, structural steel, firestopping and sealants, maintenance painting, domestic water piping and distribution piping, supports and vibration components for plumbing and HVAC components, related normal and low voltage electrical work. Boiler and Chiller Rooms are located in the penthouse on roof of building (eleven (11) stories including roof).
