Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms, consultants and specialists, or a team of firms or consultants to perform the following services and to deliver the products described below. Metro intends to award the work to multiple firms, consultants and/or specialists. Metro reserves the right to award additional contracts from this RFP to qualified vendors during the above stated term. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30 to 60 minute session about writing a proposal in general. Any interested firms must communicate that interest by 2:00 pm on May 19, 2023 to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling. Firms awarded contracts are not guaranteed to receive any certain number or value of assignments. During the contract term, Metro, at its sole discretion, will provide Contractor with written requests or work orders for specific assignments. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis beginning July 2023 and ending in June 2028. Prior contracts awarded for these services have totaled over $860,000 in actual work completed and paid. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
