Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Trenton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Trade contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, taxes, supervision, equipment, insurance, safety requirements, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete scope of work as directed by Dade County Board of Commissioners and in compliance with local, national, and industry building codes. The following items are listed for clarification only. They are not intended to limit the scope of work, nor do they diminish this trade contractor obligations to provide a complete scope of work. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: a. Trade contractor will be required to provide all permits and license required to work in the City of Trenton, Dade County, and Georgia b. Trade contractor will be responsible for all necessary tools and materials to complete their scope of work. c. Trade contractor to replace concrete sidewalk that is to be demolished due to storm water installation. Locations to be determined during mandatory preconstruction meeting. d. Trade contractor to replace demolished stairs on north side of building. Design to be approved by County Historical Committee. e. Trade contractor is to remove and replace sidewalks from retaining walls to main building entries on east and west of building. Sidewalks to be replaced with stamped concrete. Stamp to be selected from manufacturer standard options. Trade contractor will be required to provide a five percent (5%) bid bond for any proposal over $50,000.00 and will be required to provide a payment and performance bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
