Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for on-call Roadway Design and related Project Development and Construction Services for District 2. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will require the submittal of an electronic PDF file of the Statement of Qualifications (SQQ) as stated in Section IV "Submission of Statements of Qualifications (SQQ)".
