Site work for a development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA), a local public agency exercising joint powers, is seeking bids from licensed contractors for work located at 570 West Avenue 26, Los Angeles, CA 90065. The work for includes but is not limited to the installation of approximately 550 linear feet of 10' wrought iron fencing, installation of approximately 90 linear feet of wrought iron fencing atop the existing wall, one (1) single wrought iron rolling gate, one (1) two-panel telescoping wrought iron gate, and two (2) pedestrian access gates. Reconstruction of sidewalk, curb, and planters may be needed for installation. Additional improvements include but are not limited to gate automation and a keypad control access system. This is a public works project as defined in Labor Code 1720 and must be performed in accordance with the requirements of the California Labor Code. All services must meet and comply with local and state laws and regulations.
