Site work for a water / sewer project in Willis, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide clearing and grubbing services for the proposed project area. Included de-mucking of exisitng pond, dry out base of the the pond using lime/flyash application, and provide select fill and compaction to the pond. De-watering of the pond is included in the bid as an extra unit item. Final site improvements including grading, cleaning, and hydromulch seeding. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of Texas National Municipal Utility District in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
