TENDER GUARANTEE: In the form of a surety bond by an authorized company equivalent to: *10% of the amount of the bid, valid for 45 days from the deadline for submission of bids; *In the form of a certified cheque, money order, bank draft payable to the organization, irrevocable letter of guarantee in favor of the said applicant or bonds payable to bearer. These must be issued or guaranteed by the government of Quebec or Canada and the term must not exceed five years. The value of these bonds must be equivalent to 10% of the amount of the tender and be valid for 45 days from the deadline for submission of tenders. The guarantee must be annexed to the tender.
