W00000000 Publication Dates Prior to the date set for receiving bids, the Designer may arrange and conduct a Pre-Bid Conference for all prospective bidders. The purpose of this conference is to review project requirements and to respond to questions from prospective bidders and their subcontractors or material suppliers related to the intent of bid documents. Attendance by prospective bidders shall be as required by the "Notice to Bidders". The project is for the removal of two cooling towers and replacement of these cooling towers with high density polyethylene (HDPE) cooling towers. In addition, the condenser water pumps serving the cooling towers are to be replaced as well. The project also includes structural work to support the new cooling towers, electrical work and integration of the new equipment into the existing Building Management System (BMS).
