Remove Rubber & Repaint Markings E. & W. Runways Remove rubber & repaint pavement markings on each end of the East & West Runways at JBSA-Randolph. Sept. 2023, Remove rubber & repaint pavement markings on the east runway , (100-ft. wide x 1,500- ft. long x2 ends) and 10-ft each side of the center line (5,400-ft. x 20'), ~410,000-sqft. Also remove rubber & repaint pavement markings on each end of west runway ( 100-ft. wide x 1,500-ft. long x 2 ends) & 10-ft each side of the center line, (5,400-ft. x 20'), ~ 410,000-sqft. March 2024,Remove rubber and repaint pavement markings on the north end of the east runway (100-ft wide x 1,500-ft long x 1 end) and 10-ft each side of the center line (6,900-ft x 20'), ~290,000-sqft. Also, remove rubber and repaint pavement markings on the north end of the west runway (100-ft wide x 1,500-ft long x 1 end) and 10-ft each side of the center line (6,900-ft x 20'), ~290,000-sqft. Repair any damaged joint seal from rubber removal, replace the concrete and concrete-to-asphalt joint seals on the east and west runway up to the hold lines, not including overruns. Use fuel and blast resistant sealant end of the runway, and warmup or holding pads. This is a requirement to Remove Rubber and Repaint Pavement Markings on each end of the East and West runways at JBSA-Randolph in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 1) and contract Specifications (Attachment 2). This will be a firm-fixed-price contract and the period of performance for this project is 364 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP).
