The 2004, 2008 and 2013 bond programs included the following improvements to Williams Elementary School: The construction of a storytelling structure in the library; construction of additional parking spaces at front entry drive and a new drop-off loop drive for Special Ed buses; renovation of the campus to improve ADA compliance; repair/replacement of 68,700+ SF of roofing; installation of emergency egress lighting; renovations to enclose the library; replacement of selected library casework, cabinetry and furnishings; replacement of one HVAC system chiller and other selected HVAC system equipment, ductwork and controls; installation of play slab cover; and the installation of safety and security enhancements and technology upgrades.
