Belgian Block Curb and Curb Reconstruction; 72 L.F. of Concrete Curb; 405 S.Y. of Concrete Sidewalk; 2,900 SY of variable depth milling; 425 C.Y. of Roadway Excavation, Unclassified; 1,525 S.Y. of Pavement Removal; 345 Tons of 9.5M64 Surface Course Pavement, 250 Tons of 9.5M64 Leveling Course Pavement, 355 Tons of 19M64 Base Course Pavement, 1,302 SY right-of-way restoration; 830 S.F. of Polymer Cement Surface Treatment; and other items typically required of a roadway reconstruction and sidewalk construction project. Bids for the contract must be submitted on standard proposal forms furnished by the Township of Morris in the manner designated therein and required by the Specifications Questions regarding insurance requirements and certificates shall be directed to purchasing@morristwp.com. The guaranty accompanying the bid proposal shall be given in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid, minimum of $500.00 and not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00), and may be given at the option of the bidder by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or a Bid Bond from a reputable insurance company licensed in the State of New Jersey The Township reserves the right to reject all bids
