The Town of Bridgewater (Town) is seeking proposals from qualified HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) contractors to provide construction services for the modification of the existing multi-head heat pump system installed in the Bridgewater Town Hall. The Town of Bridgewater is seeking to remove the last section of the original LG multi head heat pump system that was originally installed in 2014. The installer will be required to install two (2) independent outdoor heat recovery condensers and collection boxes for the designated areas. The new outdoor condensers shall be capable of providing simultaneous heating and cooling to the controlled areas of the facility. The area of concern is Level 2, Council Chambers and Committee Room along with Level 3 Finance Department. This work is phase 3 of 3.
