Renovation of a municipal facility in Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of September 12, 2023, project was awarded to R3 Commercial Roofing, awarded amount is $237,234.71. Moline Township seeks bids for the replacement of flat roof on the township building. The contractor performing the work will pay no less than the prevailing wages to all laborers, workers and mechanics performing work under this contract. Contractor awarded will also comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12.) . The Township Board retains the right to waive any requirements or formalities and further to reject any or all proposals received. Theresa Oak, Town Clerk
