The City has determined a need to renovate and renovate certain unused office space located at 180 Bank Street into new Community Services and Development Offices. All questions and communications about this request for Proposal and submission requirements must be directed to the City of Waterbury ProcureWare website and must be received by 2:00 PM on May 23, 2023. Prospective proposers must limit their contact regarding this RFP to the Purchasing Director or such other person otherwise designated by the Purchasing Director. Responses to questions submitted by the above date or identified at any Information Session to be held regarding this RFP, along with any changes or amendments to this RFP, will be available via the City of Waterbury ProcureWare website by 2:00 PM on May 30, 2023. It shall be the responsibility of the proposer to download this information. If you have any procedural questions in this regard, please call the Purchasing Director at (203) 574-6748. The work shall include, but is not limited to, all items as shown on the Drawings and specified in Contract Documents including all submittals; mobilization; demolition; construction; all required Project management; site security and safety; traffic control; permitting (including permitting costs); all labor tools equipment and conveying of materials necessary to perfom the work; all winter and weather protection; all utility work including permits and coordination with the various City entities; providing a complete and comprehensive scope of work as outlined in this RFP as this is a single source RFP where the success responder will be responsible for all aspects of the associated work; and all other appurtenant work and cleanup necessary for the Project's completion.
