Asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Oceanport, New Jersey. Completed plans call for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
The following outline of the scope of work for this project is intended as a supplement to the General Instructions and Conditions. The work contemplated includes, but is not limited to the following 1. Contractor is responsible for obtaining and paying all fees for all permits. 2. Install soil erosion control measures. 3. Removal of all asbestos containing materials (ACMs) prior to any Building Demolition 4. Removal of entire structure, walls, stairs, ramps, fences, sheds, and miscellaneous structures and debris within limit of disturbance; 5. Removal of all existing above and below-ground utilities within the limit of disturbance unless otherwise noted; 6. Importing, placing and compacting certified clean fill 7. Importing and placing topsoil, 4 thick over disturbed areas, and fertilizing and seeding the entire limit of disturbance. All work on this contract must be completed within 30 calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
