INVITATION TO BID Sealed separate Bids for Parking Lot Improvements, E Morris Elementary School, will be received at the Cahokia USD #187 Unit Office, 1700 Jerome Lane, Cahokia Heights, IL. until 2:00 PM Thursday, May 25, 2023, then publicly opened and read aloud. Base Bid includes parking lot improvements including the demolition and reconstruction of the existing entrance road, bus drop-off loop, faculty parking area, parent drop-off parking lot with new asphalt pavement, the removal and reconstruction of concrete sidewalk, and all other work to complete the project. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at Cahokia USD #187 Unit Office. The successful bidder shall enter into the Project Labor Agreement with the Southwestern Illinois Building Trades Council and their affiliated local craft unions for all work. Any levels of subcontractors shall enter into the same PLA.
