Site work for an educational facility in Cookeville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Campus Switchgear as follows: 1. Install a new 12.47kV outdoor VISTA Switchgear with Source Transfer at the corner of N. Willow Avenue and Wings Up Way. Cookeville Electric Department (CED) will provide and install the 12.47kV switchgear and Contractor will install the concrete pad. 2. Provide concrete-encased underground duct banks from the new 12.47kV VISTA Switchgear to tie into the existing Campus 12.47kV electrical distribution system. There will be a total of four (4) 12.47kV circuits to be installed from the new 12.47kV Switchgear. 3. Directional bores (6") will be required across Wings Up Way and to the Southwest Hall transformer as shown on the plans. 4. CED to provide and install a new VISTA Switchgear near the Chiller Plant that will be fed from the new main 12.47kV Switchgear. The new Chiller Plant VISTA Switchgear will re-feed the Chiller Plant and the Southwest Hall building transformer. Contractor will install a concrete pad for the new Chiller Plant VISTA Switchgear and all concrete-encased duct banks. 5. CED will provide and install all 15kV conductors and energize the new equipment Bidders shall submit questions about bidding documents to Designer in writing. Replies will be issued to Bidders of Record by addenda and will become part of Contract Documents. Designer and Owner will not make oral clarifications.
