City of Circleville, Ohio (owner ) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Utility Improvements for Circle Drive Contract 1-2023 The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of existing 6-inch waterline and appurtenances with 8-inch ductile iron waterline and appurtenances. Project also includes associated trench repair and street asphalt milling and overlay. The Issuing Office is Strand Associates, Inc., 425 West Nationwide Boulevard, Suite 100, Columbus, OH 43215. Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office. Bids from Bidders who are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as not being responsive.
