Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 05/23/2023 10:00 AM (PDT) The El Estero Water Resource Center is a wastewater treatment facility. The facility is a campus-like environment with streets, curbs, parking lots and gutters. The streets, curbs, parking lots and gutters need to be swept, blown and cleaned so as to maintain a neat and clean appearance free of debris and road hazards. The Service Provider shall furnish all labor, materials, machinery, insurance, tools and supplies necessary for street sweeping/cleaning services on all El Estero streets, curbs, intersections, center lanes, parking spaces and paved areas. Other Details The initial contract will be for a one (1) year period from the date of the award. This contract can be renewed by mutual consent for 4 additional one-year terms. The maximum term shall not exceed 5 years from the date of award. Notes Bidders are hereby notified that any service purchase order issued as a result of this bid may be subject to the provisions and regulations of the City of Santa Barbara Ordinance No. 5384, Santa Barbara Municipal Code, Chapter 9.128 and its impending regulations relating to the payment of Living Wages Current Monthly Charge: $1,130.00 per month for sweeping and blowing of parking spaces.
