Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Work includes, but is not limited to steel window installation, masonry work and roofing. All questions regarding this procurement should be directed in writing via email to the Procurement & Grants Manager, Maureen McKeon at mmckeon@hopkintonma.gov. DCAMM Certification will be required as detailed in bid documents. All laws pertaining to M.G.L. c.149 for Building Construction must be adhered to for this project, including the payment of State-issued minimum wage rates. Bids submissions will be opened publicly. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and to award in the best interest of the Town. The Town is an EOE employer and encourages submissions from Massachusetts certified minority and women-owned businesses.
