This project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing Filter Building and Laboratory Roofing System at the City of Akron Water Supply Plant, 1570 Ravenna Road, Kent, OH 44240. Disadvantaged Business (DBE) participation goals (subcontracts, materials, supplies) have been set on this Project for those certified as DBE's in accordance with a federal agency such as the Small Business Administration or the Department of Transportation or by an approved State of Ohio agency. The Unified Certification Program (UCP) administered by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) can provide necessary DBE certifications.
