The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests (MRNF), through its Estrie-Montreal-Chaudiere-Appalaches-Laval-Monteregie-Centre-du-Quebec Regional Directorate within the General Directorate of Territorial Management public, wishes to use the services of a Contractor for the environmental rehabilitation by excavation and the rehabilitation of a former illegal dumping ground on the shoreline of the Bras d'Apic River. Following environmental studies, concentrations above the limit values for the use of this site were observed. The purpose of this call for tenders is to award a construction work contract aimed at carrying out environmental rehabilitation on the site of this illegal dump, including the excavation and off-site disposal of contaminated soils and residual materials.
