Bids shall be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked "BID FOR 2023 250,000 Gallon Standpipe Painting Project" along with the company name. the Ohio Revised Code, by cashier's check, letter of credit, or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total Bid or bid guaranty and contract bond for all bids submitted and be on company letterhead and be signed by an authorized representative of that company. The Council of the Village of Perrysville have the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept the lowest and best bid, which best fits the needs of the Village.
