This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6
and Federal Acquisitions Regulation (FAR) part 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in
this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 811310 - Commercial and
Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a Business
Size Standard of $11,000,000.00. The Product Service Code Class is J035 -Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of
Equipment: Service and Trade Equipment.
Period of Performance: For one (1) year from date of award. To begin on or around the end of May/beginning of
June 2023. The onsite dates shall be agreed upon by the Government and the contractor within the POP window.
Place of Performance: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and IMF, 1400 Farragut Ave, Bremerton WA; inside the
Controlled Industrial Area (CIA).

Offerors shall complete the line item pricing structure below in addition to any provided quote material in
company format. The contract price includes all applicable Federal, state, and local taxes and duties.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition
circular 2023, effective 03-16-2023.
Permits and Licenses: Unless otherwise specified in this contract, the contractor shall obtain any necessary licenses
and permits, give all notices, and comply with any applicable Federal, State, County, and municipal laws, codes, and
regulations in connection with this requirement. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
