Timiskaming District Secondary School Ventilation Renovations 90 Nevin Street, New Liskeard, ON, P0J 1P0 The full scope of work is prescribed in detail in the attached tender documents. Without limiting the specifics of these requirements, the work generally consists of: .1 Provide six (6) new outdoor energy recovery ventilators on roof (4 x natural gas burning, 2 x electric heat). .2 Provide two (2) new indoor vertical energy recovery ventilators and associated electric duct heaters. .3 Provide one (1) new makeup air unit and one (1) new rooftop exhaust fan for science lab. .4 Provide new ductwork, insulation, motorized dampers, grilles, diffusers, fire dampers, etc. .5 Provide balancing of airflows per drawings. .6 Provide natural gas piping and components. .7 Provide two (2) new condensate pumps and condensate piping. .8 Provide wiring from equipment to field installed devices. .9 Provide BAS controls. Refer to controls specifications on drawings in regards to breakdown of scope between system’s integration service provider (HTS Controls) and local BMS provider (Division 25 contractor). .10 Provide new supports from existing structure for new mechanical equipment. .11 Demolish existing mechanical, ductwork, piping, etc. as per demolition drawings. .12 Provide new 200A, 600V, 3PH, 3W Panelboard “DP-5”, electrical breakers, wiring and components to connect new mechanical units to a source of power as per contract documents. .13 Provide replacement 100A, 120/208V, 3PH, 4W Panelboard WEIGHT RM PANEL”, electrical breakers, wiring and components to connect new mechanical units and existing weight room loads to a source of power as per contract documents. .14 Provide electrical removals as noted in electrical drawings. .15 Provide new mechanical equipment connections to power as noted in electrical drawings. .16 Provide new duct smoke detectors, fire alarm interconnection, testing and verification as shown in the electrical drawings. .17 Provide lighting modifications and additions throughout the school as per contract documents. .18 Ceiling removals as required to perform mechanical, electrical and structural scope of work.
