Vilonia Waterworks Association (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Mount Vernon Pump Station Project # 01-22-10 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Vilonia Waterworks Association office located at 19 Industrial Drive, Vilonia, AR 72173 until Thursday, June 8, at 10 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project includes the following Work: 1. the installation of approximately 2,015 linear feet of 6" PVC water main and appurtenances 2. the installation of approximately 60 linear feet of 4" D.I. water main and appurtenances 3. the construction of a CMU block pump station building including pumps, piping, valves, and ancillaries 4. the installation of a 45 KW generator with Automatic Transfer Switch 5. mobilization and demobilization 6. clearing, grubbing, earthwork, seeding, and erosion control 7. site grading 8. electrical and controls work 9. miscellaneous appurtenances 10. safety systems 11. items of construction work and/or materials not specifically addressed herein, but nonetheless required for a complete, operating, and acceptable installation of the work, shall be considered subsidiary to the lump sum bid item, and the cost thereof shall be considered to be included.
