The valves are more than 20 years old and in various states of operational condition (some work/some don't). Provide Inventory. Create and place a unique identifier on each valve for tracking and asset management. Durable affixed labels are acceptable. 2. Fully test each valve, including a full stroke open and close test. 3. Perform a visual inspection. 4. Provide a report on the condition of each valve. Examples of recommendation (i.e. perform maintenance including replacement of seals or replace complete assembly). 5. Provide an inventory report including the unique identifies, size, type and manufacturer. 6. Once inventory is complete, provide a quote to perform the necessary work based on recommendations of the report. 7. Provide a quote to perform recommended manufactures maintenance.
