Site work for a water / sewer project in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists generally of the following major items: Replacement of approximately 56 feet of 8-inch aerial and buried sewer mains and support piers with new 16-inch steel encasement and 8-inch ductile iron carrier pipe and support piers in the Heritage Reserve Court Area; replacement of approximately 68 feet of 18-inch aerial and buried sewer mains and support piers with new 30-inch steel encasement and 18-inch ductile iron carrier pipe and support piers in the Hidden Jewel Lane Area; replacement of approximately 745 feet of 8-inch aerial and buried sewer mains, support piers and manholes with new 16-inch steel encasement and 8-inch ductile iron carrier pipe, support piers and manholes in the South Wendell Area; replacement of approximately 489 feet of 8-inch aerial and buried sewer mains, support piers and manholes with new 16-inch steel encasement and 8-inch ductile iron carrier pipe, support piers and manholes in the North Wendell Area. The foregoing description shall not be construed as a complete description of all work required. The Owner/City Council reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids.
