Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the expansion of a post-secondary education facility.
The project consists of the remodeling of approximately 100 GSF of existing space to create a new data communications room. The Work will include but is not limited to: minor demolition of an existing wall and doors; construction of new metal stud/gyp. bd. partitions, doors, frames, hardware, and finishes; mechanical; and electrical systems including power, lighting.
