Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Passaic, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The overall scope of the project includes milling and paving, ADA ramp compliance, and partial curb and sidewalk repairs of the following road segments (see attached key map): Passaic Street (From Market Street to State Street) [L = 1,851 L.F.; W = 36 L.F.] Exchange Place (From Passaic Avenue to Pennington Avenue) [L = 845 L.F.; W = 30 L.F.] Chestnut Street/Bowes Place (From Myrtle Avenue to Gregory Ave.) [L = 1,240 L.F.; W = 37 L.F.] High Street (From Paulison Avenue to Main Avenue) [L = 460 L.F.; W = 36 L.F.] Myrtle Avenue (From Gregory Avenue to Oak Street) [L = 1,660 L.F.; W = 40 L.F.] Delaware Avenue (From Broadway to Blain Street) [L = 605 L.F.; W = 30 L.F.] Howe Ave (From Main Ave./Prospect St. to Grove Street) [L = 605 L.F.; W = 30 L.F.] Henry St (From Main Avenue to Myrtle Avenue) [L = 1,328 L.F.; W = 30 L.F.] The work consists of full Consulting Engineering Services, including labor, materials and every other item of expense necessary to design and prepare the final construction plans and specifications for the Road Improvement project. The Consultant shall visit the project site and become familiar with the project before submitting the proposal.
