Work includes select demolition and renovation of existing campus buildings, additions of Fine Arts, Choir, and Dance. Renovation work includes reconfiguring and upgrades to Fine Arts classrooms, Band, upgrades to existing gyms, new finishes, ceilings, and installation of fire sprinkler system. Bastrop Middle School - 725 Old Austin Hwy, Bastrop, TX 78602 Cedar Creek Middle School - 125 Voss Pkwy, Cedar Creek, TX 78612 The overall project schedule is: Start Work - December 2024 Completion - December 2025 All proposers shall take this duration into account and provide adequate manpower.
