Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Provide architecture/engineering services to include design, bidding, construction administration, and closeout services for removing and replacing existing roof systems for five (5) separate buildings located at the NC State Fairgrounds in Raleigh, NC. Scope of work will include replacing existing metal roof with mansard roof for the historic Commercial Building and the historic Education Building, replacing existing metal roof with transite façade panels for the Graham Building, replacing existing metal roof with painted 26 ga standing seam metal roof for the Scott Building, and replacing existing metal roof with painted 26 ga corrugated metal roof for the Sam Rand Grandstand building. Design will be in accordance with SCO standards and comply with all ADA and life safety requirements.
