Additions and Renovations to Shikellamy All-Sports Complex located at the Shikellamy High School within the Shikellamy School District, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. Contract 1 General Construction; Contract 2 HVAC Construction; Contract 3 Plumbing Construction; Contract 4 Electrical Construction Project consists of additions to the existing stadium fieldhouse including new team rooms, supporting toilet rooms and showers, a new trainers room, weight room, public toilet facilities to support the stadium and a second level storage. Minor renovations of the existing fieldhouse include the conversion of and the old trainers room into a toilet shower facility for coaches and officials. The existing crows nest above the existing pressbox will be reconstructed. The existing concession building and toilets along with the ticket booths for the stadium will be demolished and replaced with new facilities. Projects are broken down into four (4) prime contracts, General Construction, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Contracts. The base project scope includes selective demolition at the existing locations of the building where the additions will tie into the existing building, new masonry and wood roof truss construction, new GWB partitions, new flooring and ACT ceiling system, new casework in each trainers room new power distribution, lighting and accessories, new data and security camera distribution and accessories, new mechanical systems and distribution to the additions and new buildings, fire alarm upgrades for the new construction and all site related work for the new construction. Several Alternates are identified to include a pole barn for storage, an open pavilion and work related to the crows nest.
