Phase 1 July 3, 2023 - September 1, 2023: Renovation of SPED Trailer (60-calendar day timeline) Phase 2 July 31, 2023 - October 1, 2023: Renovation of Trailer "A" (60-calendar day timeline) Phase 3 September 11, 2023 - November 1, 2023: Renovation of Trailer "B" (60-calendar day timeline) Phase 4 November 13, 2023 - January 12, 2024: Renovations to District Office main building (60-calendar day timeline). NOTE: Work to be performed after normal business hours, weekends and holidays. location- 2045 S. San Jacinto Ave San Jacinto, CA 92583 District Office: 1) Lactate Room/Office #65: Provide and install new ADA sink/cabinet, includes all plumbing and electrical work and water/drain connections including 1/4 " water line to refrigerator location (not to exceed 12'). Provide and install electric insta-hot water heater (Chronomite SR Standard Flow SR - 30/208). Patch/paint to match existing finishes. 2) Office 48: Provide and install new 36" interior door & frame with District standard hardware. Patch & paint to match existing finishes 3) Office #59: Remove existing wall between room 59 and 60. Remove electrical outlets to nearest junction box. Provide and install new 5' foot exterior door & frame with District standard hardware. 4) Exterior work: Install new 5' wide ADA compliant concrete pathway to room #59 new doorway. 5) Business office/Room 19: Install new walls with two new 36" interior doors/frames with hardware. Include one (1) 36' x 36" operable window. Relocate return air duct, relocate one supply duct, delete one supply duct. Patch & paint to match existing finishes. 6) Soboba Room/Room 26: Install new wall with 36" interior door & frame; Remove two existing walls/doorways. Patch & paint to match existing finishes 7) Room 27: Install two 36" x 72" windows. Install one 36" interior door/frame with District hardware. Patch & paint to match existing finishes. Trailer "A": 1) Per diagram, demo remove existing wall/counter. Prep area for new walls and doorways 2) Install four new walls: wood framing with Chatfield/Clark tack-board "misty gray" over 1/2 "drywall. Include patch and paint to match existing finishes (cove base, trims etc.) 3) Provide and install four new doors and frames with District standard hardware. Include patch and paint to match existing finishes (cove base, trims etc.) 4) Provide and install two (2) new data/voice drops- surface mounted conduit/outlets. NOTE: Includes up to five (5) additional data drops per District discretion. 5) Flooring reinforcement @ file room: Reinforced floor bracing for file storage area (centered @ approx. 6' feet between mod-lines) estimate of 4" x 8" wood post header beams to be used perpendicular to existing floor joists, supported by concrete pier block with Simpson Strong Tie elevated post bracket or equal not to exceed five feet apart and equally distanced. Span support wood post columns shall be 4" x 4" minimum and not exceed 12' feet apart lengthwise and equally distanced. A-35 brackets installed at each floor joist/header contact point. Reinforcement shall be code compliant. 6) Relocate one supply duct to new hallway area - outside of new wall framing (room Jessica). Provide new ceiling tiles and repairs to match existing finishes. SPED Trailer: 1) Per diagram, remove existing speaker above doorway 2) Remove existing telephone line junction panel/box and all unused phone lines 3) Room 4 & 5: Per diagram, remove two existing doors and window frame, wood framing with patch and paint matching wallfinishes (cove base, trims etc.) 4) Rooms 4: Install new 36" interior door and frame and includes District standard hardware. Patch and paint to match existing finishes. Trailer "B" 1) Per diagram, demo/remove existing doors, frames and walls. Remove carpet and cove base. Electrical removed to nearest junction box. 2) Install new walls and doors & frames with District standard hardware per diagram. Wood framing with Chatfield/Clark tack-board "misty gray" over 1/2 "drywall. Include patch and paint to match existing finishes (cove base, trims etc.) 3) Provide and install backing for touch screen monitor at designated locations per detail below. 4) Install new data drops and electrical outlets per diagram - surface mounted at existing walls and located within new walls. NOTE: include six more data drops at District's discretion. 5) Provide and install new carpet and cove base (4" black) per diagram. 6) Relocate one thermostat PID-000834.00018 25882328.1
