Each Bidder submitting a Proposal must also complete a statement bound with the Proposal forms, in which each Bidder shall give full information relating to the status of their contracts presently underway. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee consisting of either a certified check in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the Total Bid Price, made payable to the Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority, or a Proposal Bond (on the form provided) in the amount of five (5) percent of the same Total Bid Price.
