Demolition and site work for a stadium in Salem, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
SITE: BLOCK 86 LOT 1.01 Walnut St Track and BLGDS, SALEM, NJ 08079 Remove bleachers, metal support system and press box. Remove all 146 concrete support foundation pillars. Fill in support foundation holes with on-site backfill compacted. Additional fill that is needed must be ¾ clean gravel. The bleachers, press box, concrete pillars and other debris must be removed from the site. Area must be left clean and level. All work shall be started within 2 day(s) of award. The project must be completed, demolished, cleaned and leveled by May 19, 2023 The City of Salem is seeking proposals for the Demolition of Bleachers and Press Box in specified areas of the City. If submittals are delivered by other than hand delivery, it is recommended that the respondent verify delivery. Any submittal received after the specified time and date will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the firm.
