The project consists of clearing and grubbing; roadway excavation; grading; HMA paving; trail construction; storm improvements; signing; channelization; water mains; sewer mains; and other related work, all in accordance with the Contract Provisions and Plans. Spokane County-Sanitary Sewer Project No. 236C, P#13127 In accordance with Section 1-02.4(1) General, the following form is provided for noting errors or conflicts found in the plans or specifications or for asking questions that are pertinent to bidding the contract. Submit the form by email to Kristen Armstrong and Candice Powers-Henderson. The Subject line must include the project name and number.
