Dublin City Schools Board of Education will receive bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to construct: Dublin City Schools, Roof Replacement at Hillcrest Elementary, Dublin, Georgia - 2226. The scope of work consists of reroofing at Hillcrest Elementary School. Bids will be received at 11:00 AM, Local Current Standard Time, on June 7, 2023, at the Dublin City Schools Board of Education, Administration Building, 207 Shamrock Drive, Dublin, Georgia 31021. At that time, all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals submitted by mail should be addressed to the Dublin City Schools Board of Education, Administration Building, 207 Shamrock Drive, Dublin, Georgia 31021, and plainly marked as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids received late will not be accepted, and Owner will not be responsible for late or incorrectly delivered mail or parcel deliveries. Only those bids delivered to the specified bid opening location at or prior to the specified bid opening time will be read or considered. Bidding Documents may be obtained at the office of the Architect, SRJ Architects Inc., 1108 Maryland Drive, Albany, Georgia 31707, telephone 229-436-9877. A copy of the Register of Bid Documents, listing current Bid Document recipients, may be obtained through the Architect. Two copies of the documents may be obtained by Prime Contractors by depositing $250.00 for each set of documents obtained with the Architect. Prime Contractors who return the documents complete and in good condition within ten days after the bid opening will be refunded their full deposit. If documents are not returned, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
