Construction of new facilities and major site renovations throughout the campground, which generally includes the following: oDemolition of Existing Bathhouses, Pavilion, and Entry Store oAddition of (2) Bathhouses, Pavilion, Entry Store, Playground, and Dog Park oNew RV Campsites and Renovation of Tent Campsites oRoadway and Parking Area Rehabilitation oNew Domestic Water and Gravity Sewer Infrastructure oNew Site Electrical Services, Fixtures, and Communication Conduit. The Owner reserves the right to waive technical errors in applications or abandon the registration/pre-qualification process, should the interests of the Owner appear to be promoted thereby A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Alabama State Parks in an amount not less than ve (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal.
