Reference number : 1820503 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-03-18 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 2 FUNCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF PSYCHIATRIC CARE - PHASE 1 (DEMOLITION AND ASBESTOS REMOVAL) The Integrated University Health and Social Services Center (CIUSSS) of the West Island of Montreal, having its administrative center at 2400, boulevard des Sources, Pointe-Claire (Quebec) H9R 0E9 requests submissions for the project entitled "Functional development of psychiatric care - Phase 1 (Demolition and asbestos removal)". For information, the project consists of carrying out the required demolition in order to completely redevelop the Psychiatry department at 4-East of the Lakeshore General Hospital. The demolition of walls, ceilings, floor coverings and mechanical and electrical components will be carried out in asbestos condition. The Psychiatry department will be completely vacated during the work. The work should begin in April 2024. The Project Manager reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a bidder if this request is sent to him less than three (3) working days before the deadline set for receipt of bids.
