The City seeks responses from firms with the proven requisite experience designing, developing, constructing, operating, maintaining and ultimately decommissioning Solar PV Systems on capped landfills. Payment Bond: 100% of Construction Costs Performance Bond: 100% of Construction Costs Irrevocable annual renewing decommissioning bond The deadline to receive questions has passed (April 19, 2023 @ 5PM). No further questions will be accepted or responded to.
