The Hawaii State Energy Office, an agency attached to the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, is leading the State of Hawaii's clean energy program with management and implementation of statewide programs to promote energy efficiency, renewable energy, and clean transportation to achieve a resilient, clean energy, decarbonized economy. To help reach this goal, HSEO will facilitate projects that will promote and advance the State of Hawaii's clean energy initiatives. All procedural questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to: dbedt.hseo.solicitations@hawaii.gov. Only questions received by May 10, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. (HST) will be accepted. The State will respond to written questions via addenda by posting responses on the Hawai'i State Procurement Office website at the URL listed above. It will be the Provider's responsibility to ensure that all addenda have been reviewed prior to submission.
