Intent is to widen approximately 785 feet of sidewalk located in Futrell Park at 1100 Mr Joe White Avenue Myrtle Beach, SC. Contractor must add four (4) feet of sidewalk by digging out two (2) feet on each side of the existing sidewalk or by adding the four (4) feet on one side ofthe existing sidewalk which ever fits the flow ofthe existing sidewalk. City must approve sidewalk placement prior to dig out. All new sidewalk concrete must be eight (8) inches deep and match existing sidewalk expansionjoints. Project Specifics: o Exhibit A - Sidewalk Expansion at Futrell Park Map (attached) o Concrete must be 4000 PSI o Concrete must be poured in temperatures above 50 degrees o All concrete must be eight (8) inches deep o All concrete must be level and free ofponding o Contractor must provide any and all barricades for the work and/or portion of the work within which operations are being conducted including stock pile areas o Ifconcrete trucks are washed out on site, Contractor must provide a containment location and then clean-up and restore containment location to original condition o Contractor is responsible for all cleanup o Contractor must keep area clean and safe at all times o Contractor must remove all unused soil from the job site
