Bronx River Combined Sewer Overflow - Project Area HP-009 Microtunneling of Parallel Interceptor, construction of three connecting structures, upgrades to existing Regulator HP13, and replacement and upgrade of existing SCADA controls system for Regulator HP13 and tunnel at HP-009. Structural Work: Construction of supports of excavation, three new sewer structures, and modifications to an existing regulator structure. Civil Work: Excavation of shaft areas, site clearing and demolition including tree removals, regrading, maintenance of existing utilities, and restoration. Electrical Work: Installation of new instrumentation, SCADA enclosure, and associated conduit routing and wiring. Decommissioning of existing SCADA system. Installation of solar panels to power new SCADA components.
