Renovation of a transportation facility in Le Sueur, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,500-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility.
As of March 4, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Major components of the Work include: Site preparation and construction of a box hangar building, including electrical components. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with the provisions listed in the project specifications. The City of Le Sueur reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Le Sueur. The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: Box hangar construction and associated site work Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents.
