Renovation of an educational facility in Victorville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 36,400-square-foot educational facility.

Sealed bids will be received at the Victor Valley College Facilities Construction office, Administration Building #10; 18422 Bear Valley Road, Victorville, California 92395, until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 5, 2023 at which time said bids will be opened and read aloud in the Boardroom building 10 Administrative Services. All Bidders are referred to the Contract Documents and the notation therein that all Contract Documents are intended to be complementary and that the organization or arrangements of the Specifications and Drawings shall not limit the extent of the work of the Contract Documents. Accordingly, all Bidders are encouraged to disseminate all of the Specifications, Drawings, and other Contract Documents to all persons or entities submitting sub-bids to the Bidder. The omission of any portion or item of the work from the Bidder's bid or from the bidder's sub-bidders' sub-bids which is/are necessary to produce the intended result and/or which are reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents is not a basis for adjustment of the Contract Price or the Contract Time
