The new Basic Training Facility for Loudoun County Fire and Rescue will not serve as an operational fire station but serve as a classroom for recruits to study and learn. The facility will provide administrative offices, classrooms, training/breakout rooms, restrooms, showers, kitchen and dining areas, decontamination areas, supply storage, and mechanical areas, plus five (5) drive-thru apparatus bays. The estimated construction cost for the Fire and Rescue Training Facility is $16,000,000. This project shall include construction of a new two (2)- story 23,766 square-foot facility and associated site improvements. The project is located at 21447 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg, Virginia, 20175. The facility will provide administrative offices, classrooms, training/breakout rooms, exercise room, restrooms, showers, kitchen and dining areas, decontamination areas, supply storage, and mechanical areas, plus five (5) drivethru apparatus bays. The estimated construction cost for the Leesburg South Station is $16,800,000. Round Hill Station: This project shall include construction of a new one (1)-story 21,584 square-foot facility with a 1,999 square foot mezzanine and associated site improvements. The project is located at 41 West Loudoun Street, Round Hill, Virginia 20141 (Parcel Identification Number 584-18-5769-000). The facility will provide administrative offices, a community room/training room, exercise room, bunk rooms, restrooms, showers, kitchen and dining areas, decontamination areas, supply storage, and mechanical areas, plus four (4) drivethru apparatus bays. The estimated construction cost for the Round Hill Station is $16,800,000. paid liquidated damages for failure to complete a project by the contracted date in the last five (5) years. capable of obtaining 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of the anticipated cost of construction, and said bonds will cover the Project and any warranty periods as provided for in the Contract Documents on behalf of the Contractor.
